I’m Kristine, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals, especially those navigating ADHD. I am also deeply committed to helping individuals heal from trauma, including those stemming from relational issues, adverse childhood events, or other experiences. My practice is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to feel understood, empowered, and safe as they work toward healing and growth.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a person-centered, trauma- informed approach.

I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and collaboratively exploring paths to healing and self-acceptance. My approach is warm, respectful, and individualized – placing each client’s needs, goals, and comfort at the center of our work together. I strive to create a space where neurodiverse individualsfeel truly seen and supported as they navigate the complexities of ADHD and trauma.

If you are seeking a therapist who understands neurodiversity and trauma, and who offers evidence-based, compassionate care, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work toward brighter tomorrows.
