Hannah Plush LCSW

I’m Hannah Plush, a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in child and family therapy. In our work together, you can expect a space that feels safe, attuned, and collaborative—where your story is met with curiosity, respect, and care. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, blending clinical insight with a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom. Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional regulation, or deeper connection, I aim to support you in uncovering your inner resources and moving toward meaningful change.

As a Certified Plant Medicine Facilitator and Army veteran currently serving as a Medical Service Officer in the Wyoming Army National Guard, I bring a unique blend of clinical training, somatic awareness, and grounded resilience to my practice. These experiences shape my ability to hold space with both structure and compassion.

In therapy, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Body Work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in cultivating emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection. Whether you're navigating trauma, life transitions, or relational challenges, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move toward lasting transformation.

Outside of the therapy room, I recharge through snowboarding, camping, golfing, and live music—activities that reflect my love for nature, movement, and community
