My passion for mental health counseling is deeply rooted in the personal challenges I’ve experienced throughout my life. From an early age, I encountered significant hardships and loss, which inspired me to pursue healing—not just for myself but for others walking through difficult seasons. I understand firsthand the impact of unresolved trauma and family dynamics on emotional well-being. That's why I’m dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families to heal and grow. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach, I help navigate behavioral trauma, foster better communication, resolve conflicts, and encourage personal growth. Together, we can work towards creating healthier relationships and positive, lasting change.
